How do I create an account?
Click on the Register button, fill in your details including email and password. You will receive a verification email to activate your account.
How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
Go to your dashboard and click on KYC Verification. Upload a valid government-issued ID (driver license or passport) and a selfie photo. Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours.
How do I deposit funds?
After logging in, go to Deposit section. You can add a bank account or crypto wallet. For bank deposits, use ACH or wire transfer to the provided bank details.
How do I withdraw funds?
Go to Withdraw section. You must have a verified beneficiary (bank account or crypto wallet) added. For bank withdrawals, a $10 verification fee applies for new beneficiaries.
How do I buy cryptocurrency?
Navigate to Buy Crypto section. Select the cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC), enter the amount in USD, and choose payment method (bank or card).
What is Merchant ID?
Every account has a unique Merchant ID starting with MCH-. You can use this ID to receive transfers from other users instantly.
How do I transfer money?
Go to Transfer, enter the recipients Merchant ID, amount, and confirm. Transfers are instant and free within the platform.
What fees apply?
Transfers are free. Bank withdrawals have a $10 fee. Crypto transactions network fees may apply. KYC verification is free.
How long do deposits take?
Bank transfers via ACH take 2-3 business days. Wire transfers are same-day. Crypto deposits are instant after network confirmation.
Is my account secure?
We use bank-level encryption, 2FA, and secure servers. Your funds are insured. Always use a strong password and enable email notifications.
